• Network route management.• Placement and Planning of the trailers (43,46ft) for loading in pan India.• Timely provide the vehicle details to the Ops team for loading and place it on dock for loading with help of driver and vendor.• Maintain google sheet for the data analysis.• Handover the trailers to the vendors and follow up with the team for documentation and other activities.• Resolving queries of the vendors and operations team by Mail, Hangouts and Calls.• Maintain cutoffs and TAT from both side of the trailers for the rotation smoothly.• Planning to reduce the cost of Ad hoc vehicles.• Planning of Rotational shifts and team handling.• Handing 50 + vendors in Transportation on daily basis• Planning trailers for fitness and servicing.• Coordinate with the vendors and the maintenance team against the Breakdown and accidents vehicles.• Coordinate with the concern team if any vehicles are caught by RTO and Sales tax officer.• Maintain the Departure and arrival time of the vehicles whatever designed by the Network.• Maintain Data of the trailers which are handed over to the vendors.• Use the GPS System to check the live location and past data of the vehicles.• Flashing vehicle status across all the locations via e-mail and Hangout.• Make Performance report of all the vendors in Excel.• Maintain data of the total trailer and prime count in google sheet.• Update the vehicle no in server in condition of cross docking against the vehicles and follow up with the concern team to update the EWB in the system.
