Analyzing client requirements to interview candidates to ensure that all submittals are of the highest caliber and closest fit to the client's needs Source the perfect resumes according to the client requirement from job sites. • Formatting the resume of the consultant (using macro) in a professional way before submitting to client. • Using job boards (such as Dice, Career Builder, Monster). • Responsible for Short-listing candidates as per requirement. • Regular follow up with the candidates. • Understanding client recruitment needs and meeting their requirements with good response time. • Knowledge on 1099,W-2 and Corp-to-Corp Tax Terms. • Strong Knowledge on passive search (google,linkedin) • Stong knowledge on banking, financial, electrical, telecom domains.
