Responsibilities and Duties: IT security Operation for the client • Resolving all low, medium and high priority incidents which are raised in BMC Remedy• Monitoring all Identity and Access Management services• Creating and modification users, group, and service accounts on central directory.• Creation of a new Organization role and configuring provisioning policy for the same.• User access provisioning for different application and servers with in SLA.• Handling Emergency situations by attending webex meetings with downstream teams to troubleshoot and investigate access and security faults at different level.• Creating shared directives and related security permissions.• Managing public mail folders and related permission in Outlook and Microsoft Exchange,.• Generating various reports and validating users access as per client security policy.• Well versed with ITSM policies and regulations like HIPPA.• Provision and maintaining IT users access on Different Servers and platforms (Aix, Linux, windows) also Familiar with IBM Soft layer provisioning .• Performing Re validation, Remediation and labeling for the IDs.
