Analysing requirement, Finalising Commercials with vendors and estimating cost. Track the delivery after acceptance of Change Request from Bank. After successful implementation of all the projects in Aug 2010, HP changed my role as Application Service Manager where major responsibility was to maintain availability of Services of All Delivery Channels to BOB Customers. Delivery Channels includes Applications such as Base24, eBanking, SMS Alerts, Internet Payment Gateway, Credit Card System, Debit Card System, 2 Factor Authentication, SMS Delivery, Cash Management System. As a service delivery manager I have to maintain, up time of all these applications (Most of them are 24X7) and meet SLA defined by BOB, handle application and operational issues, keeping track of the issue resolution from respective vendor, testing of FIX provided and movement of FIX in production with the help of Team of more than 30 resources with different skill sets.
