*Frenny is an online mental health platform built to foster mental well being.*At Frenny, anyone suffering from mental/emotional breakdown can anonymously connect with a Mental health guide and seek support over chat (Free) and/or voice call (paid)*Conducted preliminary research to understand user pain points by conducting more than 500 user interviews*Built a team of 12 mental health guides and conducted training programs for them*Partnered with 7 mental health professionals to experiment with marketplace model*Built and shipped the MVP-1 in 2 months and experimented with a cohort of 100 users*Built Beta in 3 months and launched it for 10,000 users to achieve market validation*Built and executed distribution strategy to acquire first 10,000 users

*Did extensive outbound prospecting to fuel business development pipeline leading to more than 500 opportunities on top of the funnel*Built more than 50 partnerships with the hiring teams of small to medium scale startups like Klub, Jumbotail, Tortoise, CRED*Played a crucial role as a part of the Outcomes team at Crio in generating more than 100 outcomes within 10 weeks
