I started my career with A I Services and was part of the IT and Automotive Vertical doing search mandates for Leadership roles across various Clients. I was involved into Recruitment processing at all levels for IT and Automotive senior positions for top MNC’s. My expertise was in head hunting, bringing back talent to India (reverse brain drain), mapping organisations and turnkey recruitment assignments.
