As a member of the Biz support team was responsible in the Remedy ticket management and clearing the customer queries. Year close Support for 2 year end. Travelled to Mysia in 2009dec-jan 2010 for PK support and Korea year end support.Also performed intraday to processing, bus unit & affiliate code creation, creating of new run controls in production, did 3decimal correction, and other support activities.April 24,2010-April 30, 2017 PSGL interface testing support (roles played-TL from 2010-2013, AM from 2013-2017). Contributed for many Tp rollouts and small projects. Got accolades for contributions made.May 1,2017-Jan31,2019 (Manager-change) part of the Liquidity team managing Psftp, fermat, epm projects.
