Handling MIS & Inventory of 5000 SKU's among 38 retail stores spread across Delhi/NCR zoneWarehouse Responsibility:-Prepare Daily DC KPI reports send to HOPrepare Daily Dash Board report Analyze S&OP report on weekly basisClassify SKU as per ABC analysis.Analysis of Non moving SKUDrop lines analysis against the Indent requirement of the Stores to Backend & suggest improvements in the processes to avoid the same furtherEnsuring the sound reporting of Excess, damages & shortages analysisAnalysis of location set-up i.e. Pick-face vs Deep PickPrepare damage & expiry report analysis the same and provide necessary input to avoid at both levels i.e. store’s & DC.Tracking shipment from DC to Store & store to DC Loss Prevention & Theft Control at DCs, Pilferage Control Report analysis.

Ensure correct SKU's with correct quantity kept on their respective location thru P I activities.keep tracking on empty locations / Bin Audit and short SKU's with corrective action on regular besis Motivate and trained our team to get D.C Efficiency 100% against stock availability with corrective .Preparing the necessary MIS and escalating them to the all concern to facilitate decision-making.Daily cycle counting for Physical stock accuracy.Generate the in transit material report & reconcile with DC & Stores. Cross Checking of Put Away & ensuring 100% Completion and Ensure all material kept on correct location with their correct quantity in respect of Book quantity
