• Analyzing Milk receipts and discussing with shift manager regarding milk availability Dairy Variance, Action Plan and next milk tanker arrival.
• Involving in problem solving where machine operator interface is critical.
• Looking after Mashing, Multiple Effect Evaporator (MEE-1 8500 LTS/HR & MEE-2 12000LTS/HR) and Second Effect Evaporators (SEE 11 No’s).
• Learnt the operation of MASHING SCADA and MEE-1, 2 & SEE’s and OVEN DRYINGS.
