I have been working in the HR department since July 2022, starting as a Trainee and progressing to an Associate and then a Senior Associate within a year, thanks to my hard work, dedication, and performance.I am skilled in recruitment and HR operations, and I have hands-on experience in planning, policy formation and implementation, talent acquisition, on-boarding excellence, HR automation, and grievance handling. I use HR analytics, data analysis, and HR software tools to optimize HR processes and outcomes, and to create a positive workplace culture and foster employee engagement. I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology/Biological Sciences from Sri Venkateswara College, Delhi University, which gives me a unique perspective and understanding of the EdTech industry and its challenges and opportunities.
