(1) I was responsible for developing, validating and monitoring non regulatory models ( application, behaviour and collection scorecard) for different clients across different geography using PYSPARK tool.(2) I worked as an individual contributor and also managed a team of few people.

I was responsible for setting up and automating the monitoring process across all BUs.

I was responsible for developing and implementing IFRS9 model( regulatory model) for personal loan portfolio using SAS tool.

(1) Developed Basel-2 compliance PD regulatory model using SAS, tableau and Excel for Auto-retail portfolio.(2) I was also involved in developing Origination scorecard ( non regulatory model) using SAS for Auto-retail portfolio which also included model monitoring (accuracy, efficiency and Stability testing using statistics like KS, AUC, Log-odds, Population stability and characteristic analysis).(3) I also performed model monitoring for Home Equity collection model.

Assisted University students across the globe in their projects related to Statistics , finance, maths and economics.

Title: Microfinance: An Instrument for Sustainable Growth in India • Formulated an index to measure the performance of microfinance.• Performed panel data regression using STATA tool to evaluate the relationship between Microfinance and GDP growth in Indian context.• The paper has been presented in a conference named “Policies for Sustaining High Growth Rates in India” organized by the Institute of Economic Growth, Delhi University.

Studied the various estimators of the Gini Index and evaluated their performance using Monte-Carlo simulation in R-programming. The paper has been published in Alexis Review, published by Alexis Foundation, Lucknow.
