Isolated plant-based proteins at laboratory and pilot scales, measured their functional properties, and explored their applications.3. Developed an oral dissolvable film for delivering antioxidants.4. Conducted literature surveys, designed research projects, procured raw materials, carried out experiments, formulated products, validated methods, analyzed and interpreted data, and prepared SOPs for R&D and other operational tasks.5.
