 Supporting Project team for overall logistics works of the project and assist procurement dept. for accurate delivery of shipments. Preparation of logistics plans to support all relevant operations within the program or project. Perform in collaboration with Logistics Head to enhance load capacity and reduce damaged merchandise and loading errors. Responsible for getting the right products in the right quantities, to the right locations all at the right time. Being In charge of the transport department, ensure to have daily meeting at site with all Logistics Coordinators/ Vehicle Supervisors for day to day operations. Responsible for all of the dispatching, routing, and tracking of delivery vehicles.

 Supporting Project team for overall logistics works of the project and assist procurement dept. for accurate delivery of shipments. On a day to day basis, identify needs, priorities, and emergencies from the different site entities (Field Operations) and plan logistics operations accordingly. Ensure all Plant & Equipment’s machinery / Vehicles and Project Safety gears are inspected and certified periodically by company & state competent person. Identify project Shipping/Custom agent for necessary material / personal / vessel customs clearance (Domestic & International), Liaising with agent for import & export of vessels, materials, preparing documents & coordinating with Custom Agent for timely document submission to customs for Import/Export of Project Cargo/ Shipment / Marine Spreads and ensure all customs files are submitted/closed within time frame. Primary liaison with the supply vessel company and responsible for coordinating vessel schedules with offshore operations, conducting on-hire/off-hire process, leading monthly safety meetings with vessel crews and conducting weekly meetings . Ensuring all the relevant authority permits for Marine Spreads / Expats Crew are acquired in a timely manner from the relevant authority representatives (viz. MOD of Marine Spreads / MOHA for Expat Crew). Coordination with Offshore Superintendent/Vessel Master for arranging all the required permission for Marine Spreads before leaving port/ Work Location Viz. Towing Approval from concerned authorities/ Marine Warranty Surveyor Approval. Ensure all Materials/Equipment transported by Supply Vessels is distributed on the site according to the manifest established by the shore base and further site dispatch requirements. Coordinating with Loading In-charge and ensure cargo/equipment are properly loaded Manifested/Sea Fastened onboard vessel. Obtaining Custom & Port permission of the indigenous & imported material to be sent offshore.
