I came from farming background, and completed PG from leading IT Institute C-DAC (Ministry of HeInformation Technology) and Exe, MBA (Marketing) from R A Podar Institute of Management. Also worked for rural based development projects mainly for innovative learning solutions(STEM/ICT/EDUSAT) for k-12 and skill development through Satellite based technology. Also visualized, developed and implemented satellite based agriculture training under GRAMSAT. I worked for rural development project with Rajasthan, Haryana, Uttarakhand, Punjab, Himachal Pradesh and Gujarat Government.He is founder of PADMANABH enterprise, working for imparting education, providing learning material and training of crop production techniques of organic farming. Project outcomes Satellite based training and communication setup- 33 districts, 512 schools & 247 blocks headquarters connected through Integrated Hub with fully equipped studio with live relay for education, trainings, teacher training, extension activities and video conferencing by various government departments. – Quality Education:- Free coaching scheme implemented for preparation of Engineering and Medical Entrance Exams being imparted from year 2011 to 2016 for more than 3500 students every year in all across the state. b. GRAMSAT Project with Department of Agriculture. The VSAT based agriculture training of farmers, rural youth and women with multimedia based content. Duration: from February 2011 to April 2012 Project out comes: – Agriculture training of more than 15,000 farmers in every year. Enhancing the farming capabilities/skills with knowledge from their current experiences. Skill upgradation for growth and effectiveness where low literacy and huge demographic diversification. – Develop E-learning content aimed to educate farmers and other agriculture based workers and groups.
