• Managing and enhancing the 25 C&F operations like SOP, Inventory control, Physical Stock verification and Safety Measurement• Reports from two factories and CFAs logistic operations• Preparing monthly, weekly and daily dispatch Plan from the sales plan• Inventory Management at CFAs and Super Distributors levels• Preparing periodic inventory reconciliations• Finding the non_moveable stock and intimating Field Personel for action plan• Maintain the Inventory accuracy and make inventory adjustment as per the monthly audit• Assigned the tasks of maintaining proper record of inventory of items in Department.• Handles all logistics operations as well as support across all distribution channels• Responsible for delivering the finished products made by the organization to the concerned C&Fs• Arranging for container releases, co-coordinating• Managing Deliveries, Customer support & Complaints for customers• Handling and controlling the L&D and expired stocks • Close coordination with sales teams for schemes, discounts, offers and any other sales promotions• Solve any other logistical issues faced by the sales team• Daily updations in ERP • Communicate with the clients with regards to any short supplies, damages etc for goods ordered• Preparation of price list for C&F's all over the states • Follow up the monthly and quarterly returns of all CFAs• Follow up and collecting the Statutory forms like ‘C’,’F’..etc• Checking the CFAs Expenses/Authorizing and fallow-up with A/c dept for payment• Coordinating with Production department• Coordinating with Sales, Commercial and Finance departments
