• Work closely together with the Engineering Manager to ensure the maintenance requirements that can be fulfilled by the depots are completed in an accurate and timely manner and ensure that plant change projects are fit for purpose and implemented successfully. • Develop, implement and review the company’s policies and procedures for Operations, Health, Safety, Security, Environment and Quality, including appropriate training and audit programs.• Provide leadership and support to the Depot Supervisors and their staff ensuring that they are fully competent to carry out their duties. This will include assessment of training needs, performance review, appraisals, coaching & mentoring. • Maintain up to date knowledge in this area of expertise and continue to develop leadership and management skills through approved training. • Fundamental working knowledge with good experience in safety management systems.• Conduct safety inspections/audits, occupational health surveys, surveillance and field auditing for compliance• Facilitate to carryout Job Safety Analysis, Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment & Control Measures and HAZOP.• Carryout Safety Audit, recommendation for corrective & preventive measures and monitoring its compliance.• Co-ordination with various Departments, Contractors and Sub-Contractors on OH&S related matters.• Promote achievement of company OH&S objectives & targets, drive compliance to company OH&S policies, principles, procedures & practices.• Incident management that records and handles near misses, dangerous occurrences, accidents or injuries, environmental incidents or breaches.• Modifying / Implementing Site Safety Plan, Policy, Procedure as per Internal & External Audit requirements and to act independently to ensure that the safety objectives are met as per Client requirements.• Conducting Site Inspection and audit, Mock drill, weekly and Monthly meeting with client, Monitoring IVMS Report and approvals, HSE related meetings.•
