Sangam Milk Producer Company is a well diversified milk products company based out of Guntur ,AP. It has a turnover of approx Rs 1600 Cr.

Actve role in Strategic interventions for the company's future growth, led the team in all the discussions for a possible PE tie-up, involved in the expansion plans and building a robust MIS system.

Overall responsibility for the business of the organization. The company has procurement , processing and marketing operations in five states(AP, Telangana,Chennai,Karnataka and Maharashtra) . Turnover approx Rs 1300 Cr.

Business Head for South and Maharashtra.The company had procurement, processing and marketing actvities in telangana, AP, Chennai and Maharashtra. The major initiative was setting up state of the art milk procurement centers at villages equipped with end to end digital capture of data and payment directly to famer accounts. This system brought about the much needed transparency from farmer's perspective and went on to revolutionize the milk procurement system in the country. It has now become the standard procurement model in the country.

Responsible for the common marketing activities of the member cooperatives.

Involved in the various interventions of the Farmers Organization Division of Kaira Milk Union(Amul). This was my first assignment as a member of the Management pool of NDDB.

Involved in the implementation of Dairy Project of NDDB covering Trichy, Thanjavur, Coimbattore and Nilgiris districts of Tamilnadu

Incharge of the implementation of Dairy Project of NDDB in Trivandrum Region, which was subsequently merged with MILMA

Involved in the implementation of Dairy Project activities in Erode region which was later on merged with Tamilnadu Federation (Aavin)
