• Worked for the Equipment tracking team and its subprocesses. Tracking containers and recording appropriate move cycles in the tracking application. • Analysis on EDI rejections and identifying the root cause for the problem. Contacting external stakeholders like agencies, terminals, depots, etc. and modifying the EDI data with the right details and clearing the EDI rejections.

Worked on the project entitled “a study on the critical success factors influencing competency level of employees concerning the EPC industry at L&T constructions” guided by Mr.Mohan Jahdav, head DGM of L&T's Heavy Civil Infrastructure. The main objective of this project is to create a competency model which fits into the EPC industry. Identifying the different set of critical descriptors which contributes more for the project success is set curtained as the secondary objective. The study was started by collecting the relevant research papers related to EPC industry. Ninety-Five critical success factors are identified from the review of the literature. The collected descriptors are considered as the dependent variables. Based on the collected dependent variables, five common competencies for all the three levels of management was devised. They are,o Project managemento Strategyo Business acumeno Leadershipo CommunicationFive competencies are formulated by covering almost every part of the EPC industry. Few of the dependent variables are similar for the three levels of management, but the function of the variables varies from level to level. Then to test the strength of the dependent variables identified, a self-administered questionnaire was constructed. The key common descriptors are identified from each competency from the three levels of management. Percentage analysis was performed on the gathered inputs from the participants.

Did my Summer Internship at Ashok Leyland, Hosur Plant 1. As a Project Trainee, I completed my project on identifying the possible human errors from the elemental activities of P15 Engine Assembly Line (Short Block Line & Main Engine Line) and found 1843 possible human errors in total.
