Worked as part of Customer Engagement Engine(CEE) by building Data Dictionaries for integrating Small business credit applications and Campaign Processing Systems(CPS).The tasks included working in different stages of Data Life Cycle. For Data Management, I created dictionaries which can help to organize metadata and easily pick up variables which could be used for future Analysis. For Data analysis, used Pega to improve efficiency of marketing through understanding of customer behavior by Naive Bayes modeling and inclusion of macroeconomic factors. The method in simple terms conveyed the idea that customer behavior can be well predicted using customer segmentation & macro factors. It has an effect on behavioral aspect of individuals.For, Data Visualisation , used Power BI to make dash board for users to understand the required tables, schema in dictionaries and it was done by using filters on textual data. Understanding Pega systems for Customer 1:1 interactions and use of NLP for comprehensive and rapid response i.e. text analytics, customer decision hub and entity extraction models.

Predictive Modeling using Supervised Machine Learning, Determined percentage on the basis hours studied using data visualisation and Linear Regression analysis.

Worked on a report making and analysis task of schemes that were provided to people in this sector. Part of the curriculum in University and gave seminar for the same.
