The Collateral Management Group compares the Net Present Value of the portfolio of trades between Bank of America and its counterparties on a daily (or as specified) basis and ensure that this exposure is sufficiently collateralized. Team performs portfolio reconciliation as a risk mitigation technique for dispute resolution and to be in line with regulatory requirements of EMIR. Process requires working with clients, Middle Office, PL and risk team along with key stakeholders across the bank to report / resolve issues.

Asset reconciliation team is responsible for position reconciliation, MTM, Independent Amount and Collateral breaks resolution for over the counter (OTC) derivative products like SWAPS, FX Forwards, etc. from investment banks and asset management institutions.

Client On-Boarding Group is responsible for managing and maintaining Client and Funddata, the on boarding of new clients/portfolios and support client change requests. The team supports internal BlackRock teams across all regions.•Coordinate the take on and amendment of client change with all impacted stakeholders•Ensure all new clients and BlackRock products are set-up with accurate standing data in order to enable downstream users to fulfill their investment management responsibilities,Ensure client amendments, including account closures, are accurately implemented in systems and ensure that there is audit trail for each change•Ensure client requirements reflected in the contract or other Legal documents are accurately reflected and maintained in the standing data systems•Implementing amendments to existing client / fund mandates and the related portfolios•Deliver high standards of client service, at the same time ensuring that all internal (e.g. Risk) and external (e.g. Compliance & Regulatory requirements) standards requirements are met in full, utilizing a combination of onshore and offshore resource managed as a single global COB Team.•Initiate and lead change management initiatives within the team. Ensure structured upward & downward communication and adhere to KPI’s.•Coordinating amongst the wide range of internal and external parties (including Sales and Investment teams) that need to be involved in taking on new clients or changing client mandates . Effectively taking responsibility for as ‘launch lead’ or project management for the activity.•Managed Data integrity of all portfolio data , accuracy, exception monitoring, Supporting management reporting.•Managing the pipeline of smaller data integrity projects to ensure that the expectations of our internal clients and partners are met.•Partnering with our technology colleagues to ensure that our shared clients are receiving the most appropriate service, solutions and care
