CurrentThe role of my current position:• Researching current fashion trends, styles, fabrics, embellishment / trims, washes and determining what consumers will like for their collection,• Based on current trend to create mood board and also create final presentation with final product to share with customer,• Review the new styles with design manager and subordinate colleague to understand the vision & concept,• To create flat sketches and tech packs with detail specifications for new products,• Deciding and selecting fabrics, colors, graphic and trims for each design to start the development process,• Responsible for different product categories (mostly women’s denim - jacket, bottom, tops) • Making graphic print design, all over print, embroidery design for all category (knit, woven, denim, non-denim),• Collaborating with design team manager, marketing & merchandising team, technical team to understand current business and consumers best seller to develop appropriate product,• Maintaining relationships with manufacturing factory and suppliers,
