 Reporting to Business Development Manager Handling complete Recruitment Life Cycle – Sourcing, Short-listing, submitting Profiles on assigned requirements, Candidates Tracking, Follow-ups, HR interviews.  Negotiating salaries, extending offers, explaining benefits and deployment to clients on contract basis Recruiting talent through various sources, which included internet (Job Portals), referrals and networking related portals like Linkedin.  Establish and maintain good working relationships with hiring managers by working with them to determine the skills and qualifications for their needs Handling the Clients and understanding the Requirements. Reporting to CEO and Managing Director in Daily basis.1. Recruitment Activities:• Creating the Job Profile by getting the requirements from the relevant department head.• Advertising in Newspapers, Websites.• Conducting the preliminary interviews and coordinating with the departmental head for the further interviews. Finalizing (Negotiating) the Salary of the Candidate.• Preparing the Offer letter & Follow up with the candidates till they join.

 Forecasts staffing needs based on client requirements, attrition trends, and current project team composition. Formulating recruitment strategy and Methodology. Managing a team of 6 recruiters and 2 Delivery Leads. Responsible for motivating them and monitoring their performance. Responsible for allocating requirements in the team and serving the internal projects/client according to the given deadline. Collaborates with line managers and recruiting managers to identify quality candidates, both internally and externally. Develop hiring strategy and plan for difficult to hire skills.o Responsible for monitoring the submissions made to the client, the quality and the number of resumes submitted against the requirements. Prioritized client requirements in a high volume, time-sensitive environment to meet deadlines  Driving the recruitment process on each search to identify problems, change course of action, and implementing change to successfully complete the search. Gathering requirements from the Client SPOCS/Manager, understand the requirement. Coordinating interviews/Interview feedbacks with the SPOCS. o Coordinating for huge walk-in drives Build and maintain good working relationships with hiring managers (internal and client) by interacting with them to determine the skills and qualifications for their needs. Responsible for keeping a track of weekly submittals and motivating the team to achieve better targets and performance. Involved in effective team building, while taking care of company objectives and assigned tasks to be fulfilled. Planned effective strategies to resource the best talent available in various domain areas.
