As a certified Scrum Master, I play a vital role in delivering cutting-edge enterprise solutions that empower our customers to realize their intended business value. My approach centers around servant leadership and a commitment to Agile principles. Additionally, in my capacity as a Project Lead, I shoulder the responsibility of nurturing continuous improvement, ensuring transparency with stakeholders, and enhancing productivity through the application of lean thinking principles.

I was the lead author in creating technical and end-user documents for implementing robust contact center solutions for some of the major customers in APAC, EMIA, and the US. Also, I was a part of UX team for a couple of in-house products. My contribution as a lead writer and as an advocate to the end-user help those products to gain traction among the customer base.

Translating complex ideas in simple words thus making the enduser understand the idea better. Also, workied closly with the process team to draft a modified Documentation Developement Life Cycle catering to the organization's need.

Worked as a Sr. Tech Writer writing and reviewing End User Manuals, Release notes and other Technical Documents. As a Team Lead leading a team of 7 writers and 2 Graphic Designers.
