•Developed the Operational Profiling on CT Cardiac applications & proposed scenarios specific to certain regions/markets (China, North America, Europe).•Performed CT Application Remediation&proposed/executed few recommendations on the Reliability Scenario’s.This passed through the Management Team at Philips&QRB at Haifa.•Designed the E2E scenarios on Spectral Cardiac application covering the critical workflows by performing the Exploratory testing.Guided/monitored the team members on the test execution&raised several Hazard issues which would have resulted in a product recall.•Established the Regression strategy in Agile Phase on CT&MR Cardiac applications. Successfully led&monitored a team to execute the Agile test&Exploratory test to uncover more issues in Agile Phase to achieve “Verification as Customer”.•Performed the analysis on the automation done on CT&MR Cardiac applications. Conducted Gap analysis&provided the inputs for Sanity&Reliability Automation scripts.•Demonstrated the Missing Functional EMR/CPS workflows to System Engineer&performed Impact Analysis on error prone areas. Created Regression&Sanity Suite reduced the execution time from 3 to 2 weeks maintaining traceability.•Analyzed the PDD requirements, Identified Gaps and Designed Test cases for maximum coverage. Created patient using HL7 ADT message. Posted the CCD to DRR using SOAP UI&validated the CCD using NIST tool&also ensured the component Quality goal is met prior to formal validation.•Performed data analysis using Splunk tool on the cardiac application field usage. Conducted Gap Analysis&designed/updated the test cases to cover the field workflows in House.
