O & M  Control over Project and (O&M) materials inward, out ward, Inspection, Issue, Preservation, RGP,NRGP & Debit Note. Controlling over fuel like LDO, Diesel & Coal receipt & quality, shortage/Excess settlement. Prepare SOP for various functions of stores and raw Materials. MIS for Inventory Analysis through Ageing, ABC, FSN, VED, Inventory aging and analysis, Develop VMI & JIT. Control over category wise inventory like capital, general, stationery, Insurance, Surplus, Obsolete & Shelf Life items.  Fixations of Different levels and maintain Min-Max items upto zero stock out. Control of non-moving and slow moving inventory. Initiate to dispose off. Control Over perpetual Inventory System and discrepancies. Tendering for sale of scrap items, Negotiation, Finalize scrap buyer, Issue LOI, Sale, Invoicing and Balance track.  Follow the MSDS, Safety Material Handling & 5S.  Ensure timely stamping of all Weighing Scale, Weigh Bridge & Lifting equipments and Liaison with Metrology Department. Follow up for Materials Insurance and settlement of claims. Prepare Annual budget, Scope of works, Man power Control and Cost optimization initiative  Team Management, Job allocating, and fixing measurable KRA.CAPEX-Inventory  Monitor & Maintain Project related CAPEX Inventory & ensures timely Receipt and Inspection of CAPAX Procurement. Exposure to internal/external audits related to stores Materials, Fuel, CAPEX-Commercial and Compliance.  Materials Manage activities related to material requirements planning Reconciliation of Project supplied materials as per BBU with erection protocol/RA Bills and Balance. Raw Materials Receipt Controlling over Raw Materials GRNs by road and racks for Imported and Indigenous - Coal , Iron Ore, Iron Ore Lumps, Iron Ore Pallet, Lime Stone, Burnt Dolomite and Sponge Iron. Ensure timely submission to F&A. TP wise Coal Reconciliation of MCL delivery (i3ms) and DO quantity.  Physical survey analysis report of all bulk raw materials and prepare NFA for shortage and excess adjustment. Coal Sourcing and Logistics  Financial Proposals for coal procurement.  Preparation of RFQ/tender document, inviting offers, bid evaluation & preparation of price comparison chart.  Negotiate and finalize contracts relating to transportation, fix landed cost of coal, Process transporting Bill  Coal procurement through various modes like FSA, E-Auction and open market to meet the Business Plan Targets. Ensure timely receipt of Raw materials receipt and reduce the Vehicle transit time inside and outside. Liasoning with DDM , IBM and Different Mining offices for all mining and minerals. Abstract and other reports as required by DDM and Mining Inspector.  Online return File (Form – E & F) of different mining and minerals in I3MS (Orissa State Govt portal). Off line return File for IBM (Form- N & O).

 IMS documentation, audit and compliance. Co-ordinate with planning, Purchase, User, suppliers for materials.  Ensuring proper stacking and issue as per FIFO method. Monitoring & Control on the all types of transaction of holding stores.  Rigorous follow-up with Vendors & Transporters related to Materials.

Inventory Control & Storage  Materials codification in SAP. Optimization of storage space by Innovative means for safe & proper storage method. Controlling Over shifting of materials to custody and Issues of Materials. Follow up for periodic Perpetual Inventory System.
