 Involved in Business analysis and requirements gathering. Analyzed Business Requirements and Developed the Test Plan and Test Cases. Understanding the software based on SOP (standard operating procedure) before creating test cases. Created Test cases and Reports to the global business services team. Coordinated with the application team to test the various upgrades and functional changes in the system. Maintained the records of all applications used in the systems and prepared performance reports accordingly. UAT Testing performed to the functional before application release to production. Performed the IQ,OQ,PQ for migration of Application. Analyzing Test results and reports the issue to the developers. Creating tickets to the development team for any bugs in the module .
