Hello there! I'm Gopisainath, a Robotics Engineer by training, a Mechanical Engineer by foundation, and a Computer Science enthusiast by passion. With a Master's in Robotics from Northeastern University and a current role as Lead Robotics Engineer at RainierLabs, I am pushing the boundaries of innovation by developing a cutting-edge robot dog from scratch.At RainierLabs, I am responsible for every aspect of the project, including mechanical design, electronics, firmware programming, and advanced software development. I focus on reinforcement learning (RL) and work on addressing the sim2real gap to enable the robot dog to achieve smooth and adaptive locomotion.My expertise spans Python, C, C++, MATLAB and technologies like ROS2, Gazebo, Nvidia IsaacLab, Mujoco. Hands on experience in Arduino, Raspberry Pi and Jetson Orin Nano. Skilled in SolidWorks, Onshape, PyTorch, TensorFlow, OpenCV and Stable Baselines, I focus on legged locomotion, computer vision, and AI-driven control systems.
