• Organization and management of the Day Care work process: keeping records and documentation about employees, users of the Day Care service and their relatives and other aspects of the functioning of the organizational unit; • Coordinating the work of a team of 20 people consisting of experts, associates and support staff, organizing the work of employees, monitoring the implementation of the day care program and professional actions and their alignment with the rules and procedures of the Center; supervision over work discipline of employees; monitoring the state of personnel needs in the organizational unit; selection of job candidates; formation of the Expert Committee of the day care center, management and coordination of its work; • Connecting the Day Care Center with the local community, cooperation with all relevant institutions and subjects; planning, development and implementation of projects aimed at improving the quality of life of users of the Day Care service and their families.

• Assessment of needs, abilities and behavior of users of daycare services using various techniques, including standardized psychometric tests, interviews and direct observation of behavior;• Working in a multidisciplinary team to create and implement individual plans for each service user;• Individual and group work with people with developmental disabilities in the areas of self-care, communication, self-control, independence, mobility and learning;• Advisory work and psychological support to legal representatives and families of users of daycare services;• Realization of the internal annual evaluation of the quality of the services provided, which includes creating and issuing a questionnaire on satisfaction with services as an instrument for assessing the satisfaction of direct service users and their legal representatives, as well as submitting a report to the founder of the service, the Secretariat for Social Protection in Belgrade and the competent ministry.
