The Director of International Operations, overall strategic and operational responsibility for the international operations of Maurice Ward Group (currently 28 offices in 12 countries). Responsible for leading, identifying, and implementing MWG vision and goals for the international offices and assessing the best approaches to accomplish those goals. Working with Senior Management and International Office managers, contributing to the development and implementation of organizational strategies, policies and practices. Supervisory responsibility, Budget responsibility, create and execute detailed project plans.

Responsible for Business Development and Operation Execution for the Czech Freight Division. Responsibility includes budget setting and attaining, business development, operation strategy, operation execution, recruiting, coaching and mentoring.
