Develop and implement external and internal corporate communication policy andstrategy, including relations with the public and the media, with the aim of co-ordinated,consistent and proactive informing of the public for the purpose of creating andmaintaining a positive and recognizable image of the company and company products andservices• Prepare and implement procedures and standards covering corporate communication.• Create company publications, presentations, reference and success stories• Develop and manage Internet/Intranet corporate pages (www.apis-it.hr)• Create and publish internal publication with the aim to create a culture of sharing projectinformation and corporate values.• Select, brief, coordinate and manage activities of market research agencies and marketcommunication agencies, with the aim of ensuring precise, relevant and timelyinformation about the customer’s needs and wishes.• Organize, coordinate, manage and supervise events at the corporate level.• Provide visual identity, thematic consistency and single minded messages across allawareness• Create tender documents for projects financed from European funds (NCTS (New TranzitComputerised System) , ECS (Export Control System), ICS (Import Control System))• Maintaining and improving relationship with leading customers
