This thesis has the goal of further implementing RFID in internal logistics as a step in realizing Industry 4.0 at Bosch Rexroth in Mellansel. Through the use of RFID, tracking of material can be automated, increasing traceability and transparency of the value chain. Me and my colleague Ronny Higberg are working as project leaders to design and implement this solution at the plant. Our tasks have included analysis of the current state, ordering and installation of hardware, electrical and network installation at the plant, budgeting, planning and running workshops, setting up and installing the software and training personnel.The tasks have demanded a high level of project planning and coordination, collaboration with different departments, multi-tasking skills, prepations for presenting information and leading workshops, and an analytical and problemsolving mindset!-------------------------------In conjunction with the thesis, I also filmed, edited and delivered a video from a first-time event with 40 international suppliers visiting Bosch Rexroth in Mellansel. The result was shown to all the personnel in the plant as both a documentation of the event and an inspirational video for future events. This experience tested my multi-tasking skills, planning and my understanding of delivering information that matches a company's strategy.

This especially helped develop my analytical and planning skills since the equipment was a newly developed prototype equipment.
