The Slovenia Times is the leading Slovene business magazine and website, publishing in English. My responsibilities were:- Strategic development of new company Projects- Operational realization- Marketing plans- Taking care of the key clients- Coordination of the team- Sales of advertising space in media (magazine, website)We were also organizing few business events/conferences every year. The biggest one was FDI Summit Slovenia. My task was to create a high-end business conference from the concept stage and all the way to the realization. This included preparations of sponsorship offers, finding the partners and sponsors, market research, identifying the communication channels to attract target audiences, aligning the topics with the speakers, setup of the conference venue, etc.
