I manage both, our core resources as well as freelancers:- to find the best projects for them- introduce them to the company- hold initial discussions with them to provide them with further information- setting expectations (what we expect and what is expected of them)- overview their availability and plan them for potential projects- discuss the terms of our cooperation

My responsibility was:- organising weekly/monthly events in each city where we operate - organise an internal conference three times a year for up to 70 people- to organise picnics, year-end parties, etc.- organise external events, such as Meet-ups- preparation of a plan of activities that will take place within the company

That was my responsibility:- to have an overview of the three spaces here in Slovenia where people could work- take care of the inventory and keys so that everyone had everything they need to work there- be the first point of contact when something needed to be done- welcoming new members who have come to us- Training and support of the new office managers who later took over the office
