After graduation and few student jobs during my collegue education I got my first job selling home appliances and consumer electronics. Thanks to excellent sales performance and organization skills I was very quickly promoted to store manager. Not long after I got a chance to apply for a job in Erste&Steiermarkische Bank Croatia as a cashier. That was my entrance to the world of banking and finance. After a year and a half I applyed for a branch manager position. I was very quickly able to reach the level of competences necessary to perform required tasks and managing a branch. When I see myself in the future banking or insurance business is where I want to be.
