Directly responsible for development of over 60 grant projects related to the sociao-economic development for different clients.

EU funded project ”Capacity building of government institutions to engage in policy dialogue with civil society in BiH

Kronauer Consulting Project Director and Senior policy dialogue/CSO expert EC Funded service project "Capacity building of Civil Society to take part in policy dialogue" (1,2 mil EUR). Responsible for overall management of the contract and provision of the technical, financial, administrative and logistic support to the implementation team. As Senior policy dialogue and CSO expert in charge for: Providing expertise and advice about how a government can develop effective cooperation with the EU (in the context of pre-Accession), and with other regional and international partners; Providing expertise and advice on how a government can improve CSOs' capacities to apply for EC and other grants; Providing expertise and advice on how a government can develop mechanisms for monitoring the implementation of EC and other grants: Developing training material for CSO trainings on policy dialogue, CSO networking and sustainability of policy dialogue activities (accessing relevant funds from the EC and other donors).

HTSPE UK Team Leader EC funded project under FWC "Development of Strategy of Development of Civil Society in BiH". Conducted a comprehensive situation analysis of CS sector and Drafted a strategy for further development civil society sector in BiH.
