• Responsible for managing a site ensuring a safe and professional work environment which fosters BEST culture, mission and values.• Responsible for providing leadership, coaching, mentorship, and supervising all daily operations and overseeing daily duties of Assistant Managers, Site Supervisors, Site Administrators, Lead Hands, and Staff. • Responsible for managing the site’s performance in accordance with budgetary and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) requirements as determined by senior management. • Responsible for ensuring that the site meets or exceeds safety, quality, staffing andbusiness growth expectations to meet company goals and objectives. • Responsible for direct/indirect people management activities.
