As the result of the implementation of strategic, operational and financial restructuring measures approved by the supervisory board, consolidated net profit doubled to 5.87 MEUR in the first nine months of 2014 as total revenues rose by 2.8% to 1.24 billion kuna. The System enabled full workflow and detailed reporting options. Also, the System provided KPI indices metrics of employee productivity and efficiency. System was built as an upgradeable system with advantage of daily updateable knowledge base of incidents. This decreased redundancy and IT support costs. Incidents were reported and therefore it significantly reduced time for internal and external revisions.
