Sedan januari 2015 har jag ett uppdrag för PonCat, syftet är att utveckla och stärka deras serviceorganisation. Uppdraget genomförs i Sverige, Danmark, Norge och till viss del i Holland.Andra exempel på uppdrag är: Audi, VW, Skoda och Seat.

The mission was: Make sure that everyone within our organisation do understand the importance of increasing and develop a culture of customer satisfaction! Do it quick and make sure that we don´t drop in quantity or quality! Together with the board I defined the vision, mission and the company values. We displayed the core of the brand, and we where ready to go! I designed and delivered inhouse trainingsprograms and coached all the leaders to make sure the company took the right steps in the new direction. An absolutely stunning experience to change vital behaviours and watching people and the company transforms in the way of the vision!

From 0 to 10. 000.000 Euro within a 1000 days!My mission was to establish a trustworthy and reliable dealership for the Vauxhall brand for a major dealership in Stockholm. We started with a total new team in a brand new facility in Stockholm. Within 1000 days we where Swedenss biggest dealer for Vauxhall and even better, we had established a reliable, trustworthy relationship with Vauxhall and we could merge this company back into the Metro Auto Group. Mission Completed! .
