In 2013, Pergo became a part of the Unilin/Mohawk group.A new product assortment and strategy was defined for Pergo.My responsibility was to adapt the existing digital marketing tools and create new ones to fit the company strategy and Unilin systems.My main projects:pergo.com – B2C website- pergo.com was rebuilt in Sitecore with connection to SAP and a new PIM system.- The website got a totally new responsive layout and improved structure.- The structure was adapted to handle several product brands, instead of one.- The website was launched in 17 countriesThe site was awarded by Sitecore in 2014Digital Sell-in tool- An interactive sales presentation to present the new product assortment and company structure in an easy way.- Developed in Adobe Captivate for computer and tablets.- Used by Pergo/Unilin salespersons in sales meetings with customersCompany presentation Movie- A company movie to highlight, brand promise, the new factory, the new product categories & structure.- Used at exhibitions and in meetings with partners & customers.https://youtu.be/a_O42V1IKe0pergo.com – B2B websiteB2B was an important part of the new company strategy- A pre-study was made to define the B2B, building process, purchase phases and need of information/material/services to stakeholders.- A project plan & budget for a new B2B site was defined.- A structure for a new B2B site was created based on pre-study.- A new responsive layout was created.- A new partner were briefed and assigned to develop B2B website content.
