As an IT Officer at Bocra(UASF), I support the implementation and management of various ICT projects and initiatives, ensuring that they are aligned with the organizational goals and objectives. I also provide technical assistance and guidance to internal and external stakeholders, maintaining high standards of professionalism and quality.I have a strong academic background in computer systems engineering, having graduated from the University of Sunderland with honors in 2014. I have also developed my research and cybersecurity skills through my previous role as an ICT Associate at BITRI, where I contributed to several research proposals and obtained two Cisco certifications. I am passionate about learning new technologies and applying them to solve real-world problems.
