As part of Professional Services organization (now Smart Data Services) that has grown into multi-million-dollar business within the first few years of its inception, I have been leading this practice area that is responsible for increasing NetScout product adoption among Telecommunications Service Provider organizations around the world. Some of my key responsibilities are : 1) Help build, sell, integrate, and deploy advanced service portfolio, 2) Project Management, 3) Presales Management– Statement of Work/Pricing and Quotation/Services Contracts/RFP and RFQ support, 4) Formulate new business strategies for NetScout product adoption, 5) Mentor and lead a team of consultants, 6) Develop business process improvement strategies 7) Key revenue, profit and loss metrics review with Executives. Going back into the past after completing my ‘Bachelor of Electronics Engineering’ in the year 2000, I was introduced to “Wireless and Telecommunication” Industry during first job as Software Development Engineer in India. Later, I worked as Development Team lead and got an opportunity to relocate to United Kingdom for good. After leading Customer Services practice area in Tektronix UK, I was hungry for more challenges and joined Tektronix Systems Professional Services group in North America (2013). Some of my strongest assets worth mentioning are : excellent work ethic, highly motivated leader who relentlessly strives for success in everything he does, excellent communicator, collaboratively motivates team members to deliver their best.
