Developing a turnkey information security service of NTEC (VPN-channels+Encryprtion+Support):• Reorganized the processes to make things done quicker, cheaper and more effectively;• Increased the number of projects by 4 times;• Built strong long-term partnerships;• Reduced partner's price offer for new hardware by 23%.The above mentioned quality results were achieved by a set of regular activities:• Simultaneously leading multiple projects throughout all stages from initiation to closure;• Performing cross-functional management in 5 NTEC departments, both commercial and technical teams;• Making presentations about services provided by NTEC at private events and for a particluar client;• Gathering requirements to design a secured network according to clients' needs;• Programming and installing cryptographic information protection facilities (CIPF);• Troubleshooting and assisting the recovery process as the second-line support;• Facilitating communication with our partners and clients.Apart of the Secured Segment of Unified Republican Data Network my work responsibilities include the audit of Crytical Informatization Object's security, Access Control System, Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) and Personal Data Protection.

As the first line of technical support of the authorized Internet Service Provider for all telecom providers in the Republic of Belarus:• Monitored all NTEC services using U2000 and Zabbix at 12-hour shifts;• Analyzed any issues occcured on DWDM network or associated with telephony traffic;• Register and follow up multiple trouble tickets in HelpDesk and MS Excel;• Effectively prioritized the increasing amount of tasks to meet sctrict deadlines;• Kept informed our local and international partners via email and phone calls (B2B);• Designed different templates in English for quicker and easier business communication.As the first worker at a newly formed NOC department was adapting to rapidly changing processes on the go.
