The evolution of this product has come from the needs of the Community Living Agencies, Home Care Networks, and Long Term Care Facilities of Ontario. Understanding their needs was the first phase. Designing a solution that has direct input from the industry was a major key in the development. The Solution is a Simplified Workforce Management software that provides scheduling and HR abilities. The element that has us standing alone is the automation of shift replacement and the ability to adhere to union, corporate and provincial employment rules.
