Joined Edwards A Unit of General Signal as a remote technician in Thunder Bay, Ontario in October 1983.Developed the territory to a 90% market share.Branch service manager with Edwards A Unit of SPX in Burnaby, British Columbia in January 2001.Maintained and grew the service business. GE Security acquired Edwards in 2005. Joined Mircom Engineered Systems in May 2008 as technical sales representative.Accepted the role of Canadian Regional Service Manager to develop Mircom Service in Western Canada eventually taking on the role of branch service manager for Mircom Maple Ridge, BC.Joined Pacific Coast Fire Equipment in April 2016 to help them move their service offering to the next level.Specialties: Development of serviced based business.Market recognition and opportunities development.
