Developed ,monitored and upgraded maintenance scheduling for both major and minor projects during planned reactor shutdown maintenance. Working with operation ,engineering and supply to resolve issues that would effect critical path delays. Reviewing project tasks ahead of scheduling and resolving all barriers that would or could delay the project. Adjusted schedules and resources to ensure project stability and cost efficiency .

Administered all aspects of preventative maintenance management, process re-engineering, maintenance planning, scheduling, and training and development. Outlined and instituted programs, identifying critical parts, partnering with supply and engineering teams, and establishing strategies to reduce defencies and bottlenecks in processes. Strived to elevate quality and safety, with a keen eye on effieciency and overall productivity increases.  Conceptualized, planned, and launched a maintenance program that reoriented operations and improved scheduling, engineering control, and employee training/retention. Devolped a outage schedule for critical equipment outage, from an integrated plan to a outage plan starting T-52 wks instead of T-20 wks to allow suppy to allocate critical parts,set up milestones, arrange owners , daily and weekly status meetings. Set up web page of planned outage and force outage scope, Part Holds and owners. Served as go-to resource delivering excellence in contractor relationship building, process improvement, goal setting, and manpower/labour cost control. Collaborated with IT, to formalize processes and outline power generator equipment functionality by designing and facilitating development of a critical web page. Resolved continuing problems by streamlining backlog work order system and establishing guidelines for improved safety, quality, and preventative maintenance. Cultivated and sustained high-morale work environment, instilling 360° feedback, communication, employee relations building, and recognition as core strategies to grow business.

Ensure maintenance groups complete work on time. Review budgets for staffing Provide scheduling and Cost for Maintenance. Coordinate with other work groups to allow maintenance work programs to be completed on time and budget.

Supervise a crew of 20 people. Approve Timesheets, vacations and overtime for the crew. Develop Scope of work to be done and budget allowed, set time lines Ensure crew meets all milestones during the normal work activity.
