 A mining executive with 41 years of experience in mine management in (both underground and open pit), project development, engineering, exploration and mine consulting in precious, base metals and aggregate operations in the Americas.  Long-term interests are directorships, upper management roles or C suite executive roles. My last direct reports have been at the C suite level. In various operations under my leadership, management focus has been on safety awareness and training, leadership, employee empowerment, supervision training, operations excellence and continuous improvement principles.  Implementation of successful change management initiatives in operations during my tenures in the Americas (North and Latin) and Europe.  I am a passionate and experienced mining professional who is dedicated to upholding best practices in mining assets (technical, operations, commercial).  My key strength is the ability to find and facilitate practical and cost effective solutions to operational issues and communicate concepts to all levels of personnel (Operators to Board).  Dedicated to the achievement of production targets, safe operations and corporate strategic goals whilst coordinating multidisciplinary cultural diverse teams.
