CurrentDaily duties include : - interpretation of fingerprint patterns- comparison and identification of fingerprints- examination of the crime scene for fingerprints- chemical development of fingerprints- dye enhancement of developed fingerprints impressions- examination of the crime scene for impressions of footwear, tools, vehicle tires and gloves- examination of the crime scene for DNA and trace evidence- comparison and identification of physical matches- collection and preservation of physical evidence- crime scene measurement- crime scene and victim injury photography- studio and laboratory photography- digital photography enhancement- collection of voluntary DNA samples and DNA warrant samples- evidence tracking- court disclosure preparation- court testimony
