Brief contract with a French Broker in London called Kepler. This involved the marketing of a corporate receivable, secured by real estate assets. Among other things it entailed identifying potential buyers and working with the sellers management so as to assure that all the necessary board approvals were in place so as to be able to transact appropriately.

Brief contract with Erste Bank in the assessment of their legacy credit derivative business. This later transformed into a Board mandated disposal of their contract book owing to a forced recognition of a change in accounting practices.

Following on from Hypo's purchase of Depfa I was made Head of team of 4. Managing sales and asset restructuring process for Value Bank within Depfa. Concentrating on the rational disposal and restructuring of Euro 100billion + of public sector assets to large money accounts and specialist funds also assessing Structured Funding opportunities with 3rd parties. Developed a successful auction platform for the sale of EUR 1.5bill of distressed structured credit ABS assets

Subsequent to the spin-off from HVB, I dveloped Credit Tenant Lease structures for the Real Esate Bank and created a sales team for CDO's of CMBS. Developed tax efficient Shareholder Equity Loan Structures.

Built Structured Credit Group to develop activity in Corporate CDO’s and Structured Credit products, launched HVB’s first managed corporate CDO. Developed both Structured Credit Trading and Sales function. Created Product Menu to include Credit Linked Notes, First to Default Notes and Leveraged Credit Linked Notes.
