Upgrading the Morrisons stores network infrastructure to Cisco switched network and installing Catalina Voucher printers in all stores.

• Manage ICT needs of company in the provision of all ICT support to provide effective communication and provision of management information.• Successfully retendered Fusions ICT Support contract. Increasing support availability by 45%, improving SLAs, reducing response times by 50% and greatly increasing user satisfaction with ICT support, and all at lower cost than previous support companies bid providing greater value.• Managed migration of many of Fusions data centre servers to Hyper-V Virtual Servers and SAN and NAS to improve performance whilst reducing energy consumption and costs.• Lead regular client/contractor meetings and acting as an intermediary between Fusion and it’s IT, Telecoms, Photocopier and PDQ (credit card machines) support companies. • Pivotal role in the mobilisation of 9 new contracts won by Fusion in last 3 years ranging from 1 to 14 sites taken over. Moving users and equipment successfully from existing contract provider’s network to Fusion’s network and equipment; some within 1 month of notification of successful bids and more than doubling Fusions network and systems provision in the process.• Assisted in the successful redevelopments/refurbishments of some 17 Leisure Centres, providing new and updated ICT provision for the centres.• Manage ICT Support contracts for IT equipment and software for 300+ users, over 50 sites with numerous remote users.• Support all Microsoft Office and Sage HR, Financial and Payroll Software, and EPOS and CRM Systems and train users as required in use of the software and PCs.

• Management and administration of network running Mail, Finance, Firewall and File and Print Services.• Managed installation of new server room and flood wiring of new company premises.• Supported and created a wide selection of databases and spreadsheet models to meet user needs using Access and FlexQL to link existing databases with new Asset Management software.• Implementation and introduction of new Finance system (Great Plains Dynamics) which greatly improved Finance Sections efficiency and processes. • Instrumental in the introduction of public internet access in Hounslow’s 9 Libraries providing 100+ internet terminals for the boroughs residents.
