Senior Accountant
Current1. Perform general ledger accounting functions, timely and accurately, (A/R, A/P, Invoicing, inventory, maintaining documents and records, etc.; Payroll, prepare draws in the middle of month, prepare paychecks at the end of month, calculate commission for sales persons, and arrange tax payments).2. Compile a wide variety of financial information and/or documentation for the purpose of working with bank(s) for financial aid, funds, payments, fees, reports and any financial inquires; Tax Returns and related assistants.3. Reconcile and/or recommend actions to resolve discrepancies on a wide variety of financial data; maintain accurate account balances, and ensure compliance with established accounting practices.4. Provide support to other departmental personnel, management, external vendors and/or customers regarding procedures and program requirements to ensure efficient processing and compliance within regulatory guidelines.5. Respond to inquiries from a wide variety of sources (e.g. internal employees, vendors, auditors, government entities, etc.)6. Review financial information for the purpose of identifying potential budget variance, compiling statistical information (i.e., cost and profit analysis), and conforming to established financial practices and regulatory requirements.7. Consultant on projections, investments, monthly and yearly financial analysis etc.
