Key projects in Washington, D.C. and Arlington, VA include:-New Vision for Crystal City, Arlington, VA: Spearheading strategy, vision, design, and entitlement to reposition Vornado's 8M-SF portfolio into a vibrant urban destination for living, working, and playing. -1700 M Street NW, Washington, D.C.: Led project to redevelop two exiting office buildings into a 335,000-SF trophy office building designed by Gensler (San Francisco).-Waterfront Station, Washington, D.C. – joint venture of Vornado/Charles E. Smith, Forest City Washington, and Bresler & Reiner: Managed the 2.5M-SF, complex mixed-use redevelopment project encompassing office, residential, and retail space. Delivered two new office buildings (LEED Gold certified and designed by Shalom Baranes Associates). Restructured the JV and sold the two office buildings to USAA.-Square 649, Washington, D.C.: Managed design, entitlement, and marketing of 650,000 SF, which can be developed as office, residential, and retail space. -223 23rd Street, Arlington, VA: Managed design and entitlement for a new 640,000 SF office building, 360 unit apartment building and 50,000 SF of retail.-1900 Crystal Drive, Arlington, VA: Managed pre-development and marketing of 710,000-SF office building.
